How To Make Zuppa Soup Recipes Indonesian Food


Ingredients:
  • 500 g ready-made puff pastry
  • 500 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved
  • 50 g peas
  • 100 grams of meat vegetarian
  • 60 g button mushrooms chopped
  • 1 tablespoon celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
  • 600 ml of fresh liquid milk
  • 300 ml of water
  • 2 tsp vegetarian broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
How to make:
  • Heat the butter until melelh
  • Add flour
  • Stir until slightly dull
  • Add garlic, onion, a little water, fresh liquid milk and dissolve cornstarch.
  • Stir well.
  • Once everything is mixed, add dagig vegetarian, peas, mushrooms, pepper powder, salt, vegetarian broth, sugar, celery and cheese.
  • Stir and cook until done
  • Pour the soup into a bowl and cover with puff pastry on top.
  • Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk and bake in the oven temperature to 180 degrees Celsius for +/- 30 minutes or until cooked
  • Remove and serve while warm.
