- 500 g ready-made puff pastry
- 500 g butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved
- 50 g peas
- 100 grams of meat vegetarian
- 60 g button mushrooms chopped
- 1 tablespoon celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
- 600 ml of fresh liquid milk
- 300 ml of water
- 2 tsp vegetarian broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Heat the butter until melelh
- Add flour
- Stir until slightly dull
- Add garlic, onion, a little water, fresh liquid milk and dissolve cornstarch.
- Stir well.
- Once everything is mixed, add dagig vegetarian, peas, mushrooms, pepper powder, salt, vegetarian broth, sugar, celery and cheese.
- Stir and cook until done
- Pour the soup into a bowl and cover with puff pastry on top.
- Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk and bake in the oven temperature to 180 degrees Celsius for +/- 30 minutes or until cooked
- Remove and serve while warm.
