Ingredients:
- 1 ltr vegetable broth
- 25 grams of dried turmeric leaf (for node, drained)
- 25 grams of dried mushroom fresh (cut)
- 50 g glass noodles (soaked, drained)
- 50 g young peas
- 10 btr poached quail egg
- 1 stalk celery (finely sliced)
- 2 stalk spring onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic (crushed with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper)
- 1 tablespoon fried onions
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- Puree garlic and pepper
- Heat margarine, saute garlic until fragrant
- Boil water
- Add broth vegetarian
- Enter stir-fry seasoning, cook briefly
- Enter the glass noodles, mushroom, peas, turmeric leaves and quail eggs.
- Cook until boiling
- Enter the leeks and celery.
- Add soy sauce
- Cook briefly
- Remove and serve
