This duck satay recipe is not as famous as the chicken satay which we can find everywhere. But about the delicacy of duck meat is not lost from the chicken.Many say quite difficult to cultivate duck meat . In fact is not as difficult as one might imagine why. Especially if we are diligent to duck meat processing.Eventually will increasingly understand the proper way to process them into a special meal. Duck satay is a snack that can be presented in different events and environments, such as family gathering, meeting, or just a simple dinner with friends.

Materials
  • 2 kg duck
  • 15 onion seeds
  • 15 red pepper seeds
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ⅛ liter of vegetable oil
  • Tamarind taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Brown sugar to taste
How to make
  1. Separate duck meat from the bone
  2. Cut the meat with a size of approximately 1.5 cm
  3. Collect the meat in a container
  4. All half-cooked fried seasoning except: acid, pepper, salt and brown sugar
  5. All the ingredients mashed together with cooking oil
  6. Mix and stir together seasoning meat
  7. Let stand for ± 4 hours
  8. Skewers of 4 pieces per skewer or to taste
  9. The embers burn charcoal until cooked

That need to be addressed before the duck meat processing is the age of the duck to be processed. Getting older, the more tough meat and also getting fishy smell. To eliminate the fishy smell which concentrated on duck meat before cooking it should coat the meat with lime juice and let stand for a few minutes. So the fishy smell was gone instantly and flavor the meat becomes more savory when cooked.
