Trays Cake Recipe arrowroot (Talam Arrowroot)

Trays cake cake arrowroot (Talam Arrowroot) is typical Indonesian food is very tasty and a lot in the favorite because it has a good taste, small and attractive form.

Indonesian Food Recipes


ingredients:

     100 gr taro flour
     200 gr purple potato, steamed, mashed
     30 grams of rice flour
     100 gr sugar
     300 ml coconut milk
     1/4 tsp fine salt
     1/4 tsp vanilla paste

Lining Material:

     1/2 tbsp rice flour
     150 ml coconut milk
     1/4 tsp fine salt
     10 gr jackfruit, diced

How To Make:

     Mix the rice flour, salt and coconut milk.
     Mix well and set aside.
     Separately mix taro flour, sugar, rice flour, salt and vanilla.
     Stir well.
     Add purple sweet potato and coconut milk.
     Stir again until smooth and set aside.
     Pour batter into a cake mold tray which has been smeared with oil up to 3/4 of the height of the mold.
     Steam for 30 minutes.
     Pour batter into a layer of mold that has been filled with dough tray, then add the pieces of jackfruit.
     Steamed back to the cake really mature.
     Remove and let cool.
     Remove the cake from the mold.
     Arrange on a serving plate.
     Serve
